摘　　要：通过对高品质钼丝的特性研究,对影响规格直径、表面质量、直线性、抗拉强度等指标的主要因素,从拉丝工艺、拉丝模、反拉力、中间退火、电解工艺等5方面进行综合分析,确定改进措施应用于生产,提高产品合格率。摘要:By studying the characteristics of high quality molybdenum wires and the main factors to infl uence surface quality,diameter specifi cations,straightness,tensile strength,this article makes a comprehensive analysis from the aspect of wire drawing process,drawing module,anti-tension,intermediate annealing and electrolytic process,and determines the improvement measures applied to production,to increase the rate of qualifi ed products.
