摘　　要：禾本科植物种类繁多,适应性强,分布遍及全球,极具经济价值、观赏价值、生态价值。在禾本科植物的生长发育过程中,温度对其影响非常大,尤其低温胁迫极大的影响禾本科植物的生长、发育和繁殖。本文论述了禾本科植物在低温胁迫下的寒害发生机理和寒害时植物的生理生化变化,并就目前禾本科植物的抗寒研究现状提出其研究局限和展望。Gramineous plants distribute all over the world because of their great variety and strong adaptability.They have great economic,ornamental and ecological values.Cold stress greatly disturbs their growth,development and reproduction.In this paper,their physiological and biochemical changes under low temperature were explored,and cold injury mechanism were discussed.The research limitations and prospects of the current research were elaborated.
