摘　　要：从图书馆所处的社会地位和市场经济的理论以及现实情况等方面对图书馆进行了再认识,针对图书馆面临的形势和困难,提出了图书馆改革与发展的思路。This paper makes recognition of the library from aspects of the social position of the library, the theory of the market economy, and the actual state, etc., and puts forward some ideas of the reform and development of the library in the light of the situation and difficulties faced by the library.
