摘　　要：阐述有限合伙的历史和现状,讨论有限责任的构成及内外法律关系,比较有限合伙、无限合伙、隐名合伙、公司的区别,并提出我国的合伙方法。It surveys the past as well as the present of limited partnership.discusses the constitution of limited responsibility and the relevant legal relations.distinguishes limited partnership.unlimited partnership,name —concealed partnership from company,and puts forward ways of partnership in China.
