摘　　要：根据我国排球善于快攻的特点，通过研究和实践的验证，提出在调整进攻中打快攻的创新方法，改变球不到位的传统打法，解决我国排球强攻不强的难题。In accordance with characteristic that chinese volleyball players are good at fast attack,the author put forword the method of fast attack during adjusting attack. in order to change traditional style that the ball is not in good position and to solve the problem that our strong spike is not strong.
