耐力训练配以低脂饮食对饮食性肥胖大鼠的减肥效果的研究  被引量:2

摘  要:本文以添加20%猪油的高脂饲料诱发雄性离乳SD大鼠肥胖,并观察了8周低脂饮食、耐力训练(跑台)及两者共同作用对高脂饲料诱发肥胖鼠体重、体脂含量、脂肪垫重及摄食效率的影响。实验结果表明:高脂饲料可诱发大鼠发生饮食性肥胖,肥胖鼠的摄食效率提高。在不限制总能量摄入情况下,三种减肥方法对肥胖鼠的体重无显著影响。饲以低脂饲料,肥胖鼠体脂含量和摄食效率虽有所下降,但无显著意义;耐力训练(相当于65~75%V O<sub>2</sub>max)可显著降低高脂肥胖鼠的体脂含量;而两者结合,肥胖鼠的体脂含量、摄食效率均显著降低,与非肥胖对照组无显著差异。提示,高脂饮食诱发大鼠的肥胖与其摄食效率的提高有关。在不限制总能量摄入条件下,改变饮食脂肪含量和耐力训练结合,可降低高脂饲料诱发肥胖鼠的摄食效率,最有效地减少其体脂含量。90 weanling SD rats were divided into hight fat diet (74 rats)and control (16 rats) groups randomly.After 10 weeks feeding,the diet-induced obese rats(D10)were chosen and divided into low fat diet (LD,6rats),endurance training (DIO-T,8 rats),low fat diet with endurance training (LT,5rats)and DIO(18 rats)groups randomly.All the rats were then Killed after another 8 weeks experiment.The results showed that no significant difference was found between groups in body weight,the feeding efficiency of DIO group was higher than that of the control group,and the carcass fat content of DIO-T group was lower than DIO significantly (P< 0.01).The carcass fat and feeding efficiency of LT group was also lower than DIO significantly (P<0.001)。It was suggested that dietary obesity has relationship with higher feeding efficiency, and the combination of low fat diet and endurance training can effectively reduce body fat content of high fat diet induced obesity.
