摘 要:阿拉伯民族主义的统一理论已产生近一个世纪了,统一实践也已历近半个世纪。从萨提·胡斯里(1880~1968年)论及“阿拉伯民族主义思想就是信仰阿拉伯统一”,到阿拉伯复兴社会党(简称复兴党)鼓吹“为阿拉伯统一、自由和社会主义而奋斗”,阿拉伯民族主义的统一理论不断发展。 加麦尔·阿卜杜勒·纳赛尔(1918~1970年)与复兴党联手,首先进行统一实践。当代阿拉伯民族主义领导人也无不以统一阿拉伯为己任,无不孜孜以求建立统一的、强大的阿拉伯民族国家,重振昔日阿拉伯帝国雄风。The unity theory of Arab nationalism is rootedly divorced from its national characteristics practice that is the national mergence is not thoroughgoing and the original national characteristics are mumerous, and it is also divorced from its regional interest which has been formed in Arab people's life with regions as units for a long period. In reality, this theory has gone beyond the internal conditions of the unbalanced economic and political development among Arab countries and the external conditions of the world powers' sabotage and international community's interference. In the process of planning and imple-minting their nation policy, the Arab nationalist leaders tended to subordinate national interest to state interest, class interest and personal interest consciosly or unconsciously, and this objectively runs in the opposite direction to the aimof national unity. All these factors determine the difficulty for Arab nations to unify.
