摘　　要：运用逻辑、归纳法,阐述了影响我国体育政务信息网络化发展的宏观因素:党和政府对政府信息化建设的高度重视是推进体育政务信息网络化发展的重要前提;互联网革命是体育政务信息网络化发展的基础性条件;大众体育信息需求的增加和公众对体育事业参与程度的上升是体育政务信息网络化发展的动力;体育信息网络化建设中存在的"数字鸿沟"在一定程度上制约了我国体育政务信息网络化的发展。Applying the method of logic and induction, the essay sets forth the macroscopic factors of affecting the information network in chinese sports government affairs. These factors include highly caring for the governmental information building of the party and government is the significant prerequisite of carrying forward sports government affairs information networking development, revolution of internet was the basic condition to develop information networing of sports government affairs, and people's increasing demand of sports information and the rising degree of the public participationg in the sports undertaking were the driving force of sports government affairs information networking development. 'The digital gulf'that lying in the sports information networkization construction limited the development of chinese sports government affairs in specified degree.
