摘　　要：本世纪初美国政府对经济的干预李剑鸣ＴｈｅＥｃｏｎｏｍｉｃＰｏｌｉｃｉｅｓｏｆＡｍｅｒｉｃａｎｇｏｖｅｒｎｍｅｎｔｄｕｒｉｎｇｔｈｅＦｉｒｓｔＴｗｏＤｅｃａｄｅｓｏｆｔｈｅ２６ｔｈＣｅｎｔｕｒｙ￥ＬｉＪｉａｎｍｉｎｇＡｓａｃｏｎｓｅｑｕｅｎｃｅｏｆｔｈ...Abstract As a consequence of the transition of American economy in the late 19th century,thedoctrine of Laissez faire could no longer be a guide line for the Federal Government to dealwith economic problems。With the biginning of the 20th century,American Government tookit as its foremost duty to play an active part in economic affairs,which embodied in the strug-gle to control the big businesses,the regulation of the railroad,the protections of consumers,rights,the readjustment of labor relations,the conservation of natural resources,and the re-forms of bank system and tariffs,All these policies produced strong impacts on the businesscycles,while most of the businessmen disliked government intervention,some of the businessleaders were intelligent enough to co operate with the government for the purpose of mak-ing use of the federal policies to promote their own interests. It is evident that these policieswere a linkage which connected the nationalistic experiments in the early period with the sys-tematic federal interventions in economy that emerged in the New Deal era.
