针刺风府、关元、肾俞穴对人体唾液睾酮、血浆睾酮影响的实验研究

摘　　要：为探索针刺对人体性激素水平的作用 ,采用针刺穴位刺激方法 ,动态观察人体唾液睾酮和血浆睾酮水平的影响。实验结果表明 ,针刺后 2 h唾液睾酮含量明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ;血浆睾酮含量以针刺风府穴的作用最明显 (P<0 .0 1)、关元次之 (P<0 .0 1)、肾俞较弱 (P<0 .0 5 )。In order to discuss the influence of acupuncture on level of hormone of human,the changes of testosterone in saliva and plasma are observed by applying acupuncture and moxibustion.The result shows that the level of testosterone in saliva increases significantly after 2 hours acupuncture(P<0.01).The level of testosterone in plasma is the highest when acupuncturing Fengfu point(P<0.01),while Guangyuan point is lower than Fengfu(P<0.01),Shenshu point is the lowest of all(P<0.05).
