摘　　要：福建女足赛前的训练安排，抓技术，抓体能，抓比赛，设计符合本身特点的打法是正确的，训练有明显的效果。Before the 7th National Cames, Fujian Football Team put the stress on techniques, physical ability and competition in their training. Their playing methods were correct and met with their own characteristics, thenefore, an obvious effect could be seen after training.
