太极拳普修课教学效果的诊断与研究

摘　　要：以天津体院本、专科普修课学习太极拳的学生为对象，进行问卷调查与对比实验。认为太极拳教学应重视太极拳的精髓“意气”，在教学中通过加强攻防含意的教学，加强太极拳内在“意识”的培养，不仅能保证太极拳内外兼修的运动，而且可以提高学生学习兴趣，起到良好教学效果。Taking student in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education who attend common Tijiquan course as subjects, questionaire and comparative experiment were carried out.The outhors hold that consciousness and'Qi of Taijiquan's marrow should be paid much attention by teaching,Through teaching implication of attack and defence,the consciousness in Taijiquan can be trained.This can not only ensure external and internal characteristics of Taijiquan,but also increase the interest of students.
