我国优秀少年男子篮球运动员特质焦虑和状态焦虑的初步研究

摘　　要：采用美国心理学家施皮尔伯格的《特质──状态焦虑调查》，对参加全国重点业余体校篮球比赛的９７名少年篮球运动员的焦虑现象进行了研究。结果表明，少年男子篮球运动员与普通少年在特质焦虑上有明显差异；少年篮球运动员赛后的状态焦虑水平受比赛结果的影响。The study indicated that there existed the obvious differences in the speciality anxiety between the boys basketball players and ordinary boys; the level of the state anxiety for the boys basketball players after competition was influenced by the results.
