摘　　要：目的探讨针灸配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法分析该院腰椎间盘突出症患者60例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组30例和观察组30例。结果观察组腰椎间盘突出症患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论针灸配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床症状改善明显,疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach result of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by acupuncture and moxibustion and manipulation. Methods To analyze 60 cases clinical data of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into control group30 cases and detection group 30 cases. Results The clinical treatment of total efficiency of curing lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of detection group were higher than control group, P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of curing lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by acupuncture and moxibustion and manipulation,which were obviously improvement and good effect,which was to be used.
