摘　　要：Foregrounding Feature is a very obvious phenomenon in literature work.This paper aims to analyze the foregrounding features(hyperbole,irony,symbolism,repetition and parallelism)in the story Seeing People off based on the Foregrounding Theory.Foregrounding Feature is a very obvious phenomenon in literature work.
