水雷装备系统战备完好性研究

摘　　要：结合水雷装备系统特点,从水雷装备作战能力分析、新型水雷研制需求和水雷维修训练规划等方面分析了水雷装备系统战备完好性研究的必要性。对水雷装备系统战备完好性参数进行确定,提出了平时和战时两种情况下水雷装备系统的战备完好性参数。对水雷装备系统战备完好性参数评价方法进行研究,介绍了基于蒙特卡洛仿真分析法对水雷战备完好性评定。最后提出了提高水雷装备系统战备完好性措施。Based on the character of mine materiel system,analyzes the necessary to study the operational readiness of mine materiel system through analysis on the operational capability of the mine materiel,development demands of new types of mine,and the maintenance and training plan of mine.This paper introduces the Monte Carlo method to evaluate it,and determines its parameters.At the same time,some suggestions are given to improve the operational readiness of mine materiel system.
