摘　　要：准确评估水雷武器作战效能是最大限度发挥潜艇布雷作战系统效能的必要前提。运用层次分析法和模糊评判数学理论对影响水雷武器效能的各个重要因素,以及每个因素的次级因素进行了定性分析和定量计算,得到一个较为全面、直接的评判结果。实例证明:此方法可有效评估水雷武器作战效能。Accurately evaluating the operational effectiveness of mine weapon is the necessary premise of exerting submarine operational effectiveness.The qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation for every important and secondary factors of mine weapon operational effectiveness are carried out based on analytic process and fuzzy judgment in this paper,and an all-around direct conclusion is received.The instances prove this method can effectively evaluate the combat capability of mine weapon.
