摘　　要：目的探讨他莫昔芬联合生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症的疗效。方法选择男性少弱精子症患者100例,将其随机分为3组,A组为他莫昔芬联合生精胶囊组;B组为他莫昔芬治疗组;C组为生精胶囊治疗组。治疗前及治疗后3个月时对所有病例均进行精液参数分析。随访1年,了解配偶妊娠率。结果与治疗前相比,A组患者治疗后精子密度及前向运动精子百分率均增高(P<0.05);B组患者治疗后精子密度明显升高(P<0.05),但前向运动精子百分率与治疗前相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);C组治疗后前向运动精子百分率明显增高(P<0.05),精子密度虽有一定提高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后女方妊娠者,A组9例,B组2例,C组3例。A组妊娠率明显高于B组和C组,B组和C组差异无显著性。治疗期间所有患者均未见不良反应。结论他莫昔芬联合生精胶囊治疗少弱精患者,可以显著改善患者的精子密度和活力,提高配偶妊娠率。Objectives To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of Tamoxifentablets and Shengjingcapsules for Oligospermia and asthenozoospermia. Methods 100 patients with Oligospermia and asthenozoospermia were randomly divided into there groups,including GroupA(treated withTamoxifentablets and Shengjing capsules),GroupB(Treated with Tamoxinfentablets)and GroupC(Treated with Shengjingcapsules).CASA was done before and after the treatment.Sideeffects and pregantrate were observed.Compared with before treatment,the sperm density and the percentage o forward motile sperms were all improved significantly in GroupA(p<0.05);where as only the density and the percentage of forward motile sperm were respectively improved in GroupB(p<0.05)and in GroupC(p<0.05). The pegnantrate in Group A was higher than that in Group B and Group C(P<0.05).No significant side effects were found in all patients. Conclusions Tamoxifentablets and Shengjingcapsules might be effective and safe in improving the density and the percentage of forward motile sperm forOligospermia and asthenozoospermia patients.
