摘　　要：风险投资联盟是一种能够带来更好绩效的投资组织方式。该文对风投联盟形成问题的研究现状做了评析,梳理出三大理论流派,分析了各流派的主要理论基础、分析逻辑和理论预测,以及各流派存在的分歧和不足。进而通过对相关实证文献的梳理,发现目前实际上只检验了5个问题,对理论的验证仍十分有限。文章最后提出应以战略联盟资源理论为指导,对风投联盟形成研究进行整合和深化。Venture capital syndication(VCS)is regarded as an efficient organizational kind for venture investment activities. This paper discusses three theoretical approaches, their basic foundations, analytic logic and assumptions. It also discusses the advantages and disadvantages as well as their limitations. Furthermore. the paper reviews the empirical accounts of existing researches. It concludes with a suggestion for future work that we should use the resource-based strategy as a guideline so that the VCS formation research can be deepened.
