摘　　要：角色心理属于社会心理学的范畴,认为主体对自身角色的理解产生相异的角色心理,进而由角色心理映射出对角色行为的引导和控制。在校园侵权赔偿纠纷中,学校与学生双方均容易表现出一定的不良角色心理特点。若能对纠纷双方的不良心理正确认识并加以合理引导,则为有效化解纠纷、促使纠纷双方复归理性行为开辟了一条新蹊径。本文所述既有现实意义,又有指导、推广、应用价值。Role psychology, within the more general category of social psychology, holds that individuals may have different role psychologies based on their understanding of their own role, which may lead to different kinds of behavior. In campus tort compensation disputes, the school and the student(s) tend to exhibit certain unhealthy psychological features. If such features could be recognized and corrected with proper guidance, it would render possible a new approach to help both parties to restore rational behavior and resolve their disputes effectively.
