摘　　要：大学图书馆读者阅读需求有个性化、多样化特点,通过对大学图书馆的读者分层,依次对大学图书馆的本科生、研究生、教师及科研人员的阅读需求变动进行了分析;并根据大学读者阅读需求变化规律以及不同群体读者的阅读需求特点,提出了如何更好地为大学读者提供满意优质服务的对策建议。The readers' reading needs of university libraries have the characteristics of individuation and diversity. Based on the hierarchy of university library readers,this paper analyzes the change in readers' reading demand of undergraduates,postgraduates,teachers and scientific research personnel,and proposes suggestions on how to provide readers with better services according to the shift of readers' reading demand and reading characteristics of different readers.
