摘　　要：针对目前农机新技术、新机具引进推广应用的最前沿基层部门——乡(镇)农机管理服务站,其地位下降、工作机制滞后、人员素质参差不齐、服务意识和服务能力薄弱等问题,文章提出加强和促进乡(镇)农机管理服务站建议和对策。In view of the current agricultural technology,promote the use of new equipment at the forefront of introducing the primary sector- the township(town)agricultural management service stations,its status decline,the working mechanism of the lag,uneven quality of personnel,service awareness and weak capacity,etc.problems,we propose to strengthen and promote the township(town)agricultural management service stations suggestions and countermeasures.
