摘　　要：电梯是城市住宅建筑的运输设备,由于其自身的复杂控制与运输系统,一旦发生运行故障就会影响到整个住宅建筑的居住与使用性能,因此对电梯进行定期维修与保养具有重要意义。电梯安装,运行,维修保养以及改造的时候经常会发生各种事故,严重的威胁了人民群众的生命安全。因此电梯的运行质量,受到了广泛的关注。文章就此分析了电梯维修保养过程中的常见问题并探讨了相应的解决措施。an elevator is a transportation equipment in urban residential buildings,occupancy of the whole buildings will be affected in the event of operational failure because of its complex control and transportation system.so regular repair and maintenance for elevator is important.a variety of accidents occur at the time installation,operation,maintenance and transformation,seriously threatening to the lives and safety of the people.Therefore,the quality of elevator catches a widespread concern.this paper analyzes the maintenance process and discusses solutions.
