摘　　要：三叶罗茨鼓风机适用于生活污水及工业废水处理中采用鼓风曝气活性污泥工艺的曝气沉砂池。将罗茨风机的叶轮由二叶型改为三叶型,达到既增大流量,又降低噪音的目的。机壳流道采用菱形出风口,尽量延长气体逆流压缩的时间。本文介绍了罗茨鼓风机的原理、结构特点,结合实际应用情况分析了三叶罗茨鼓风机机械动作中的泄漏原因,并提出了有效的应对措施。Three lobes roots blower is applicable to aerated grit chamber with treatment of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater using aeration activated sludge process aerated grit chamber.The Roots blower impeller replaced by a two trefoil leaf type,to achieve both increased traffic,and noise reduction purposes.Housing outlet flow channel using diamond,try to extend the time compressed gas reflux.This paper introduces the principle of the Roots blower,structural features,combined with the practical application of the clover roots blower mechanical action causes the leak,and made effective countermeasures.
