重庆市胶黏剂有害物质含量调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析重庆市胶黏剂有害物质含量,寻求防治措施。方法随机抽查32家制鞋企业32种胶黏剂进行调查分析。结果检验合格23批次,不合格9批次,抽样检验合格率71.88%。其中甲苯和二甲苯含量不合格6批次,苯含量不合格3批次。结论应加强对胶黏剂的监督,引导对溶剂的合理选用。Objectives The harmful substance content of adhesive in Chongqing was analyzed in order to search mitigation measures. Methods 32 kinds of adhesives from 32 shoe companies were investigated and analyzed by random inspection. Results 23 batches were eligible,and 9 batches were unqualified. The qualified rate was 71. 88%. Of the unqualified batches,6 batches were due to toluene and xylene concentrations were higher than the limit,and the other three were due to benzene concentration was beyond the limit. Conclusions The supervision of adhesive should be strengthened,and the reasonable choice of solvents should be guided.
