摘  要:采用熔体浸渍工艺制备了增强聚甲醛复合材料,利用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)对增强聚甲醛复合材料进行动态力学性能测试和表征,结果表明,增强聚甲醛复合材料中玻纤含量和扫描频率对增强聚甲醛复合材料的动态力学性能有一定程度的影响,随着玻纤含量的增加,增强聚甲醛复合材料的储能模量逐渐增加,随着扫描频率的增加,复合材料的损耗因子降低,同时采用Arrhenius方程计算增强聚甲醛复合材料在α转变时分子运动活化能。另外,还研究了玻纤含量对增强聚甲醛复合材料的力学性能的影响。Using the melt impregnation device developed at our laboratory, glass fibers reinforced polyoxymethylene(LGF/POM) composites were produced. Dynamic mechanical properties of LGF/POM composites have been investigated by using dynamic moehanical thermal analysis(DMA). The results indicated that glass fibers contents and scanning frequency had some effect on dynamic mechanical properties of LGF/POM composites. The storage modulus of LGF/POM composites were found to increase with increasing of glass fibers contents. Increasing of scanning frequencies, the damping peaks of LGF/POM composites decrease. The Arrhenius relationship has been used to calculate the activation energy of α-transition of LGF/POM composites. In addition, effects of glass fibers contents on mechanical properties of LGF/POM composites were carried out.
