摘 要:目的初步了解丰台区6家宾馆自来水、淋浴水、环境水中非结核分枝杆菌的污染情况。方法采集丰台区6家宾馆饭店的淋浴水、自来水等66件水样品,应用过滤法收集目的菌,在罗氏培养管中进行分离培养,通过16S rDNA测序鉴定菌种。结果 66件水样品中非结核分枝杆菌的检出率为63.6%,其中淋浴水和自来水检出率分别为83.3%和50.0%。结论 6家宾馆水样品中存在非结核分枝杆菌,且检出率较高。Objectives To survey the distribution of non-tuberculous mycobacteria( NTM) in water samples from six hotels in Fengtai district of Beijing. Methods Tap water and shower water samples were collected. The bacteria collected by filtration were cultured on L-wenstein-Jensen medium. The non-tuberculous mycobacteria were identified by sequencing 16S rDNA. Results The positive rates of non-tuberculous mycobacteria in shower water and tap water were 83. 3% and 50. 0%,respectively. Conclusions Non-tuberculous mycobacteria were widely distributed in water samples from six hotels in Fengtai district of Beijing. Thus,water might be the potential source for the spread of NTM disease.
