摘　　要：教学中,师资队伍的构成影响着领导的决策,并影响着院系专业的发展。文章主要讨论了在师资队伍档案建设中如何统计教师的"职称结构"、"任职年限"、"年龄结构"等,尤其在计算年龄时使用INT函数代替YEAR函数,使得年龄计算更方便实际。The structure of faculty affects the leadership decision and the development of courses and majors in college teaching. The paper mainly discusses how to calculate 'professional title structure','tenure','age structure'in the archives construction of teaching staff. Especially in the age calculation,using INT function instead of YEAR function can make it more convenient and practical.
