鼻渊汤鼻腔冲洗对肺脾气虚型小儿慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻黏膜纤毛功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察鼻渊汤鼻腔冲洗对肺脾气虚型儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻黏膜纤毛运输功能的影响。方法对肺脾气虚型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的患儿随机分为中药组30例,盐水组30例,对照组30例,中药组口服抗生素、鼻用激素、鼻渊汤鼻腔冲洗;盐水组鼻腔冲洗改为生理盐水;对照组无鼻腔冲洗;分别治疗4周,在治疗前、治疗4周、治疗后12周,用糖精法记录鼻黏液纤毛传输速率。结果 3组间两两比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻腔冲洗可提高鼻腔纤毛的传输速度,鼻渊汤鼻腔冲洗疗效明显优于生理盐水鼻腔冲洗。Objective To observe the effect of nasal douche with Biyuan decoction on nasal mucociliary transportation function of chronic rhinosinusitis(CR) children with lung-spleen Qi deficiency. Methods 90 CR children with lung-spleen Qi deficiency were randomly assigned to Chinese medicine group(n=30), saline group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The Chinese medicine group received oral antibiotics, nasal steroids plus Biyuan decoction using nasal douche for 4 weeks, saline group received oral antibiotics, nasal steroids plus normal saline using nasal douche, and control group received oral antibiotics plus nasal steroids only. The nasal mucociliary transport rate(MTR) was recorded before the treatment, 4 weeks after the treatment and 12 weeks after the treatment by saccharin test. Results There were significant differences in MTR among the three groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Nasal douche can increase MTR, and the effect of nasal douche with Biyuan decoction is superior to that of nasal douche with normal saline.
