摘  要:目的同步观察急性缺氧时健康志愿者心包经循行线上经皮氧分压及其心功能的变化。方法在健康志愿者吸入低氧混合气体条件下,应用PeriFlux System5000系统-TePO2经皮氧分压单元(PF5040)和BZ-4110-121型血液动力学监护仪,对心包经循行线上的经皮氧分压和心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、外周血管阻力(SVR)、外周血管阻力指数(SVRI)、左心做功量(LCW)、心率(HR)等心功能指标进行测试。结果与生理状态相比,急性缺氧可使心包经循经线上经皮氧分压显著下降,使CO、CI、LCW、HR显著升高,差异有统计学意义。结论急性缺氧时,心功能亢奋,心包经循行线上经皮氧分压显著降低,心包经与心脏功能调节、经络通道与氧代谢密切相关。Objective To observe the effects of acute hypoxia on transcutaneous oxygen pressure along pericardium meridian and heart function of healthy volunteers synchronously. Methods Under the condition of inhaling low oxygen gas mixture, the transcutaneous oxygen pressure along pericardium meridian was measured with PeriFlux System 5000, and cardiac output(CO), cardiac index(CI), systemic vascular resistance(SVR), systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI), left cardiac work(LCW) and heart rate(HR) were measured with hemodynamic monitor. Results When acute hypoxia, the transcutaneous oxygen pressure along pericardium meridian was decreased significantly, and the levels of CO, CI, LCW and HR were increased significantly compared with the normal condition. Conclusion The pericardium meridian is closely related to the regulation of heart function, and the channel of meridian is closely related to the oxygen metabolism.
