摘  要:目的研究甘草减轻黄药子肝损伤及对CYP450基因表达的影响。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术检测大鼠肝脏CYP1A2、CYP2C19的mRNA的表达。结果在mRNA水平上,28、35 d黄药子组显著诱导CYP1A2的基因表达,配伍甘草后表达降低,差异具有统计学意义。结论甘草通过抑制CYP1A2的mRNA表达,对黄药子致肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of radix glycyrrhizae on alleviating hepatic injury caused by rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae and expression of CYP450 mRNA in rat liver. Methods The mRNA expression of CYP1A2 and CYP2C19 in rat liver were detected by RT-PCR. Results The mRNA expression of CYP1A2 was induced significantly by rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae after rats were gastric perfused with drugs for 28 days and 35 days separately, and the expression was decreased significantly after compatibil-ity of radix glycyrrhizae(P<0.05). Conclusion Radix glycyrrhizae has protective effects on liver injury caused by rhizoma dioscoreae bulbiferae by inhibiting the mRNA expression of CYP1A2.
