摘  要:目的筛选和优化痹痛灵软膏的提取工艺。方法以雷公藤内酯醇、青藤碱和干膏率为考察指标,采用正交实验优选痹痛灵软膏的提取工艺。结果最佳工艺为A1B2C1D1,即70%乙醇、8倍量、提取2次、每次1 h。结论用正交法优选痹痛灵软膏的提取工艺稳定、可行。Objective To study the optimal extraction process of Bitongling ointment. Methods The contents of triptolide, sinomenine and dry extract from the drug were chosed as the indexes, and the optimum conditions were investigated by orthogonal test. Results The optimal extraction process was A1B2C1D1, including 8 folds amount of 70% ethanol, 2 times, and 1 hours each time. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is stable and reliable.
