摘　　要：目的观察幽门螺杆菌感染GES-1细胞后Ki67抗原量的变化,探讨半夏泻心汤对Ki67抗原表达的影响。方法实验分正常组、模型组和半夏泻心汤组,以1∶50的细胞∶细菌比例感染GES-1细胞,用半夏泻心汤含药血清培养48 h。MTT法检测细胞增殖。免疫组化检测Ki67抗原。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组的MTT A值和Ki67抗原阳性细胞率均显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,半夏泻心汤组MTT A值和Ki67抗原阳性细胞率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论Hp可抑制GES-1细胞增殖,半夏泻心汤能降低细菌的抑制作用。Objective To observe the change of Ki67 antigen expression in GES-1 cells infected by Helicobacter pylori(Hp), and explore the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on the antigen expression. Methods This experiment was divided into normal group, model group and Banxia Xiexin decoction group. GES-1 cells were infected by bacteria(the ratio of cells to bacteria was about 1:50), then cultivated in Banxia Xiexin Decoction drug-containing serum for 48 h. The cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay, and the expression of Ki67 antigen was detected by immunohistochemical assay. Results Compared with the normal group, the A value(MTT assay) and positive cell rate of Ki67 antigen in model group were obviously decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the A value and positive cell rate of Ki67 antigen in Banxia Xiexin decoction group were obviously increased(P<0.05). Conclusion Hp can inhibit the proliferation of GES-1. Banxia Xiexin Decoction can reduce the inhibition.
