摘  要:目的观察石斛合剂对2型糖尿病模型大鼠脂肪细胞因子基因表达的影响。方法对2型糖尿病模型大鼠用石斛合剂灌胃,用荧光实时定量PCR法检测大鼠脂肪组织中内脂素(Visfatin)、丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)、抵抗素(Resistin)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)基因mRNA的表达。结果 2型糖尿病模型大鼠Vaspin表达升高,Visfatin、Resistin、IL-6表达降低。结论石斛合剂可改善2型糖尿病模型大鼠脂肪细胞因子的表达,具有多途径多靶点的抗炎作用。Objective To observe the effect of Dendrobium compound on adipocytokine gene expression in type 2 diabetic model rats. Methods Type 2 diabetic model rats were gastric perfused with Dendrobium compound, and the gene expressions of Visfatin, serine proteinase inhibitors such as Vaspin, Resistin and interleukin-6(IL-6) in adipose tissue of rats were detected by fluorescent quantitation PCR(FQ-PCR) assay. Results The expression of Vaspin in Type 2 diabetic model rats received Dendrobium compound by gastric perfusion was increased, while Vaspin, Resistin and IL-6 were significantly decreased.Conclusion Dendrobium compound can improve the expression of adipocytokine expression in type 2 diabetic model rats, and has anti-inflammatory effects of multiple ways and multiple targets.
