泽泻汤及拆方对豚鼠膜迷路积水模型的影响

摘　　要：目的观察泽泻汤及拆方对豚鼠膜迷路积水模型的影响。方法采用腹腔注射醋酸去氨加压素法复制膜迷路积水模型,以颞骨切片蜗管面积与蜗管面积加前庭阶面积之和的比值为指标,研究泽泻汤及其拆方的作用。结果泽泻汤组与模型组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01),泽泻组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),泽泻汤组与泽泻组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与白术组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论泽泻汤具有显著的减轻膜迷路积水的作用,其疗效优于方中任何一味药物。Objective To observe the effect of Zexie decoction and its separated formulae on hydrolabyrinth guinea pig models. Methods The guinea pigs were injected intraperitoneally with Desmopressin to establish rat models of hydrolabyrinth, and the area of temporal bone slice cochlear duct / area of cochlear duct and scala vestibuli ratio was chosed as index to study the effect of Zexie decoction and its separated formulae. Results There was a significant difference in the index between Zexie decoction group and model group(P<0.01); the was a significant difference between Zexie group and model group(P<0.05), the was a significant difference between Zexie decoction group and Zexie group(P<0.05), and the was a significant difference between Zexie decoction group and Baizhu group(P<0.01). Conclusion Zexie decoction has the effect of reducing hydrolabyrinth, and the effect is better than any kind of herb in the decoction.
