新型竹/涤包覆纱在服用针织面料上的运用及工艺研究

摘　　要：根据功能性运动服对服用性能的要求,比对了现今服用针织面料性能上的不足,通过采用一种新式结构的竹/涤包覆纱,在STOLL横机上设计出双珠地组织、单面"菠萝纹"组织、单面网眼罗纹组织、鱼眼罗纹组织等四种新型针织面料,并对织物进行了性能比对与综合分析,以期为新型服用针织面料的开发与运用提供理论依据。According to the requirements on functional sportswear's wearability,some drawbacks of today's knitted fabric performance were compared. With a new kind of bamboo /polyester wrapped yarn,four kinds of knitted fabric such as double pique fabric structure,single-sided 'pineapple grain'structure,single-sided mesh rib and fisheye rib were designed on STOLL flat knitting machine,and fabric performance comparison and comprehensive analysis were done, so as to afford theoretical foundations for the development and application of new knitted fabrics.
