摘　　要：农村社区建设是新农村建设的重要内容与主要抓手,是新时期我国农村的一项重大的社会建设工程。从整体推进新农村建设的目标要求来看,农村社区建设仍存在着管理认识不到位、区域发展不平衡、基础设施薄弱、社区服务体系不健全等问题,亟待从根本上加以解决。Rural community construction is the important content and main gripper of new rural construction and a significant social construction project in the rural areas in the new period. From the perspective of the target and demand to entirely promote the new rural construction, rural community construction still exists some problems such as lack of management knowledge, imbalance of the regional development, weakness of infrastructure, imperfect of community service system and so on that urgently need to be solved fundamentally.
