摘 要:通过对比试验,研究了三种不同复相导电混凝土的强度及导电性能。试验结果表明:复相导电混凝土的强度及导电性能与其所含功能材料的类型和掺量有关。掺入碳纤维时,掺量以1.0%为宜;同时掺入石墨和碳纤维时,石墨掺量以5%为宜,最优替代碳纤维量约为25%;同时掺炭黑和碳纤维时,炭黑掺量以0.5%为宜,且炭黑最优替代碳纤维量约为25%,用适量石墨和炭黑替代碳纤维可以制备不同要求的复相导电混凝土。Through the comparative tests,mechanical properties and electrical conductivities of three conductive concretes were investigated.The results showed that both the mechanical properties and electrical conductivities of the compound conductive concrete depended on type of the functional component and dosage. For the addition of carbon fiber,the advisable content was 1.0%.For both graphite and carbon fiber incorporated at the same time,the advisable content of graphite was about 5%,and the optimal substitution amount of carbon fiber was about 25%.For carbon black and carbon fiber,however,the advisable content of carbon black was 0.5%,and the optimal substitution amount of carbon fiber was about 25%.It is feasible to preparation conductive concrete using a suitable amount of graphite and carbon black to replace carbon fiber.
