老年前期男性闭合容积参考值与地理因素的因子分析

摘　　要：目的揭示出中国老年前期男性闭合容积(CV)正常参考值的地理分布规律,为制定中国老年前期男性CV正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集中国54个单位测定的3 140例老年前期男性CV正常参考值,运用因子分析的方法,研究其与22个地理因素的关系。结果老年前期男性CV正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=3.434,P=0.026)。采用回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归模型。并通过克里格插值(Kriging)法精确的内插出中国老年前期男性CV正常参考值的地理分布图。结论根据中国某地的地理因素,用回归方程计算该地区的老年前期男性CV正常参考值。Objective To preclaim the regular pattern of geographical distribution,and supply a scientific theory for formulate the unified standard of normal reference value for pre-elderly men's closed volume. Methods 3 140 examples of the normal reference value for pre-elderly men's closed volume which from 54 departments in China were collected,the method of factor analysis and the regression analysis were used,the relationship between the normal reference value and 22 geography factors was considered. Results Very prominent relevance between the normal reference value for pre-elderly men's closed volume and geography factors was exited( F = 3. 434,P = 0. 026). A regression model had been inferred by adopt the regression analysis. Through the Kriging interpolation method,the spatial distribution map about the normal reference value for pre-elderly men' s closed volume was finished. Conclusions If the geography factors are known in somewhere,the normal reference value for pre-elderly men's closed volume should be accumulated by regression equation. It can also be known from the spatial distribution map.
