摘 要:目的观察当归四逆汤成分组合(GFPC)对MIRI大鼠心律失常的影响。方法将32只大鼠分为shame组、I/R组、PPC组、PPC+L组,建立大鼠MIRI模型,心电图记录再灌注心律失常(RA)的发生及测量血清NO。结果与shame组比较,I/R组RA发生率显著高于shame组(P<0.05),与I/R组比较,PPC组RA发生率显著下降(P<0.05);与PPC组比较,PPC+L组RA发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。RA发生率与该组大鼠血清NO含量成反比。结论 GFPC可明显降低MIRI大鼠RA的发生率,其机制可能与NO的生成和释放有关。Objective To investigate the protective effect of GFPC on reperfusion arrhythmia in MIRI SD rats. Methods 32 SD rats were divided into shame( non-ischemic conditions),I / R( heart subject to ischemia-reperfusion),PPC( heart subjected to ischemia-reperfusion treated with GFPC),ppc+L groups( heart subjected to ischemia-reperfusion treated with GFPC and pre-treated with the eNOS inhibitor,Nω-Nitro-L-arginine methylester,L-NAME,15 min before reperfusion,30 mg / kg),8 per group. After the model induced,left ventricular apical was fixed and then sliced,reperfusion arrhythmia was recorded by electrocardiogram,the level of NO was tested by nitrate reduction. Results Compared with that of shame group,the incidence of arrhythmia of I / R group was significantly higher( P<0. 05); compared with that of I / R group,it was significantly decreased in PPC group( P<0. 05); there was negative interrelationship between the level of NO and the incidence of arrhythmia. Conclusions GFPC could decrease the incidence of RA,the functional mechanism might through regulating the production and release of NO.
