摘 要:目的探讨点阵CO2激光对光老化大鼠皮肤抗氧化指标的影响。方法随机选取10只造模成功的光老化Wistar大鼠为实验组,10只未经处理的Wistar大鼠为对照组。两组做自身对照,分别以低能量点阵CO2激光与高能量点阵CO2激光照射两组大鼠背部。于治疗后1 d、1、2、3、4 w取材观察皮肤组织学、丙二醛(MDA)/超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果随着时间的推移,激光治疗实验组光老化皮肤的肉眼观及组织学改善明显,对照组组织切片显示新生的胶原纤维增加。同时,两组的MDA/SOD含量出现波动性变化。结论点阵CO2激光能治疗光老化,MDA/SOD能反映早期治疗效果及恢复水平。Objective To discuss the application and significance of anti-oxidant index by CO2 fractional laser treatment on photoaging Wistar rat. Methods 10 photoaging rats were randomly distributed to experimental group,10 without treatment were distributed to blank group. Both groups were given CO2fractional laser exposure,comparing with different energy as self control. The changes of skin histology,antioxidant indexes( MDA,SOD) content on the time points 1 d,1 w,2 w,3 w,4 w after treatment were observed. Results With the passage of time,the improvements of photoaging skin were obvious either from eye view or histological in experimental group,the histology characteristics of control group displayed the increasing newborn collagen fibers. Both the antioxidant indexes( MDA,SOD) showed fluctuating changes. Conclusions CO2fractional laser could improve photoaging skin. The contents of MDA and SOD could reflect clinical result early.
