摘 要:目的探讨黄芪多糖益智和低氧/复氧损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法复制苯异丙腺苷(PIA)致小鼠学习记忆障碍模型,益智采用跳台实验;复制低氧/复氧损伤模型,测定小鼠血中活性氧(ROS)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。结果黄芪多糖能显著提高小鼠学习记忆能力;显著降低ROS和MDA含量并提高SOD和CAT活性。结论黄芪多糖对小鼠具有益智和低氧/复氧损伤的保护作用。Objective To explore astragalus polysaccharides promoting intelligence development and hypoxia/reoxygenation injury protect effect and its mechanism. Methods Rats model of learning and memory disorder was reproduced by benzene isopropyl adenosine( PIA),the platform of promoting intelligence development was detected by using stepdown test. Hypoxia/reoxygenation injury model was reproduced. Serum reactive oxygen species( ROS) and malondialdehyde( MDA) content,activity of oxide dismutase( SOD) and catalase( CAT) were measured. Results Astragalus polysaccharides could remarkably improve the learning and memory ability,significantly reduce the content of ROS and MDA and improve the activity of SOD and CAT. Conclusions Astragalus polysaccharides has promoting intelligence development and protective against hypoxia / reoxygenation injury.
