摘　　要：目的探讨药物洗脱支架(DES)植入术联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2012年12月该院收治的接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的患者120例,随机分为对照组(金属裸支架治疗联合氯吡格雷)61例和观察组(药物洗脱支架联合氯吡格雷治疗)59例。比较两组治疗前后的血脂、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、心功能指标以及血液流变学指标的变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者血脂、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血液流变学指标、心功能各项指标得到明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较,观察组血脂、CRP各项指标得到明显改善(P<0.05)。远期观察疗效良好。结论 DES植入联合双联抗血小板治疗对冠心病远期疗效良好。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of drug- eluting stents(DES) implantation joint clopidogrel on coro- nary heart disease(CHD) patients.Methods 73 patients underwent percutaneous coronary interention(PCI) were divided into control(28 cases,treated with DES and clopidogrel for 12 months) and observation(45 cases,treated with DES and clopidogrel for 18 months).The in- cidence of acute cardiovascular events,re- hospitalization rate and death rate were analyzed after 2 years later.Results There were signifi- cant differences in acute cardiovascular incidence(10.7% vs 4.4%,P = 0.001),re-hospitalization rate(14.3% vs 4.4%,P = 0.001),late incidence of thrombosis(14.3% vs 6.3%,P = 0.001) between the two groups,and there had no significant difference in death rate(P > 0.05).After treatment,the blood flow indexes of two groups were improved,and those indexes were better in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions DES implantation joint clopidogrel in the treatment of CHD has good curative effect,which is worthy to be popularized.
