五官超短波结合电针治疗周围性面瘫的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察五官超短波结合电针治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取西南大学校医院一院康复理疗科就诊病人,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组予电针常规取穴加TDP远距离照射及五官超短波翳风穴,对照组予电针常规取穴加TDP远距离照射,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组的疗程比对照组短(P<0.01)。结论五官超短波翳风穴结合电针治疗面瘫可以提高疗效,明显缩短疗程。Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture with facial features of ultrashort wave for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Patients were randomly divided into treatment and normal groups according to their registration order.The treatment group was given electro-acupuncture at conventional acupoints,TDP long-distance irradiation and facial features of ultrashort wave at Acupoint Yifeng.The normal group was given electro-acupuncture at conventional acupoints and TDP long-distance irradiation.Then the effects of both groups were compared.Results The course of treatment group was shorter than that of normal group(t=-16.337,P<0.01).Conclusions Electro-acupuncture with facial features of ultrashort wave at Acupoint Yifeng for the treatment of facial paralysis could improve its effectiveness and shorten the course of its treatment.
