摘　　要：工程建设监理是建设过程中必不可少的一环,而近年来监理行业出现了诸多问题,制约了行业发展。以深圳市监理行业为例,基于访谈、问卷调查和改良式群组层次分析法,建立行业发展的决策模型,找出促进监理行业发展的策略及其权重。结果表明,要促进深圳市监理行业发展,首先应清晰界定监理责任,其次应加强监理从业人员的学习,再次需提高监理从业人员的薪酬和地位。Construction supervision is one of the indispensable elements in construction processes. Currently,there are some problems in the supervision industry w hich constrain its further development. Based on the interview,survey and improved GD-AHP method,the solutions and their priorities for Shenzhen supervision industry improvement are identified. The results show the follow ing conclusions. In order to improve Shenzhen supervision industry,firstly,the supervision obligations should be clarified. Secondly,supervision professionals' learning should be intensified. Last but not least,the supervision professionals' income and social status should be enhanced.
