摘　　要：分析了沈阳市保障性住房建设的现状,对沈阳市保障性住房在开发、融资、分配监管、政策法规等四个方面存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了相关的对策和建议,以期为实现沈阳市"十二五"期间保障性住房建设计划提供保障。This article analyzes the present situation of the construction of Shenyang indemnificatory housing.Then the article gives an analysis of the issues existing at Shenyang indemnificatory housing from the aspects of development and construction,financing,distribution and supervision,policies and regulations.Finally,the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the realization of the target of Shenyang indemnificatory housing construction.
