摘 要:多位点单体型的可用性为疾病易感位点(DSL)的遗传分析提供了有价值的工具.DSL定位可以通过检测患病个体中一个标记位点的哈迪-温伯格不平衡(HWD)来实现.本文拓展了HWD检验到多个标记位点对DSL进行单体型关联分析.我们调查了HWD检验的统计功效并与常用的x^2统计量进行比较.结果表明HWD检验具有高的功效且比常用的x^2统计量的功效高.The availability of multi-locus haplotypes provides valuable tools for genetic studies of disease-susceptibility locus(DSL).Mapping DSL can be accomplished through testing for Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium(HWD) at a marker locus.In this paper,we extended HWD test at a marker to consider simultaneously multiple markers to haplotype-based association study for a DSL with affected individuals.We investigate the power of the HWD test with exact analytical method,and compare the power between the HWD test and the standard x^2 statistic.The results showed that the statistic x^2_(HW) has the high power.We showed that HWD statistic has higher power than the classical haplotype-based statistics.
