摘 要:在中部引黄隧洞工程的不良地质地段,为预防岩体坍塌,采用了超前管棚支护方案,文中详细阐述了超前管棚支护的工艺流程及施工方案。经现场检测,主要技术参数满足要求。超前管棚支护实施结果表明:梁式结构和拱向效应同时发挥作用;管棚支护可改善岩体力学性能、加固破碎岩体、形成的半圆形可降低爆破波的冲击、支撑岩体和保证施工安全。In the adverse geological tunnel sites of the Middle Yellow River Diversion Tunnel Project, in order to prevent the rock collapse of the excavated tunnel, the advanced pipe shed support scheme was adopted. The paper introduces the technical procedure and construction plan of this scheme. Through the on-site test and check, it is clarified that the main technical parameters meet the construction requirements. The implementation results of this scheme show that the beam structure action and arch effect can be brought into play together, the pipe shed support can improve the mechanical properties of the rock mass and reinforce the broken rock, the formed semicircular rock body can reduce the shock of blasting wave and can support the rock body to ensure the construction safety.
