摘　　要：大伙房水库所处地区属温带大陆性季风气候区,冬季其特点寒冷、风大,施工机械工作效率降低。根据施工经验在-10℃以下施工,需采取相应措施才能顺利完成施工,文中结合工程实例从冬季施工前准备工作、冬季施工措施等方面进行了阐述。The Dahuofang Reservoir is located in the temperate continental monsoon climate region. The climate feature in winter is cold and windy. Under this climate condition the work efficiency of construction machines will be reduced. When the air temperature is below minus ten degrees centigrade, according to the construction experience, certain measures must be taken to smoothly accomplish the construction task. In combination with the engineering practice, the paper makes a statement of the preparation before the winter construction and the adopted measures in winter construction.
