摘　　要：本文以重庆大唐区域电站集控中心的设计和建设为实例,通过与传统流域集控中心的对比,对区域电站集控中心的特点及系统配置、系统控制调节方案、建设过程、系统的运行和维护等方面的问题进行了探讨,并提出相应的解决方案,为区域电站集控中心计算机监控系统的规划和建设积累了经验。Design and construction of the Chongqing Datang regional power station control center as an example,by comparing the control center and the traditional watershed sets,control center for the regional power station set features and system configuration,system control program,construction,operation and maintenance of the system and other aspects of the problem are discussed,and solutions accordingly,accumulated the experience for the planning and construction of regional power station computer monitoring system control center set.
